Agave nectar cornbread

Hello! So this was my first time making Cornbread ever and I felt very accomplished at the end result. At the peak of thanksgiving dinner I always saved corn bread for last because I saw it as a dessert. It was sweet but balanced in flavor. The best part about cornbread in my opinion is when you can still eat tiny corn pieces in the bread😩

This was the first item I made during the start of quarantine and the process of swirling the cinnamon & batter was exciting!
A yummy scent traveled throughout the house calling my name.

Hearty Sweet Potato Muffins

My Mom is a sucker for Sweet Potato.
Adding Cinnamon and Nutmeg to the mashed potato really brought out its natural fragrance.
Not only were the oats mixed inside a good addition to the muffins texture but adding pecans or walnuts to the batter knocks socks off🙌

Red velvet Oreo cupcakes + cream cheese frosting

I recommend pouring in a small amount of batter, drop in your desired Oreo and continue with the remaining batter.👍🏾
This cupcakes was a little TOO sweet! I had one at least every week. However if your sugar tooth is greater than mine by all means this cupcakes was made for you.

Pumpkin flavored Bundt cakes

My Aunt gave me a beautiful surprise... MINI BUNDT CAKE PAN!! This was the cutest baking tool I’ve ever received.
The first thing I had to make were pumpkin spice bundt’s. Creativity did not spark until after my cakes were made but pecans are a MUST!

Levain bakery style Chocolate chip cookies

I’ve never been a chocolate kind of girl but these Bakery Style cookies really make up for it.

The cookie is so moist and gooey it brings a smile to my face every time I bite into one. I love my cookies to be slightly chewy and soft because it feel like it’s melting in my mouth🤤
