A private PERSONAL TRAINING studio with style :)
Dynasty Elite is a premium women’s private fitness studio that provides a luxurious and exclusive workout experience. Located in central Ballito, the facility features state-of-the-art equipment and top-notch amenities, all in a stylish setting.
The Purpose of this private facility is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for women to train with us. A Place where you can wear the good looking training outfits, train with or without makeup on, do the “I feel exposed” exercises at ease and socialise afterwards without being judged. It’s a space created to form friendships, reach goals, learn healthy habits and just be yourself.
Because we are a private personal training studio we charge NO MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEES, only personal trainer fees .
We offer :
• one on one sessions x2 days a week (Tuesday’s and Thursday’s),
• group sessions x3 days a week (Monday’s, Wednesday’s ,Friday’s) as well as
•Holiday packages,
•Drop ins,
• couple sessions and also a
• 5 day a week option (Mon-Fri) .

We have 3 trainers on the floor so rest assured you will be taken care of at all times.
Please understand that even though we have all the equipment (weights, machines, cardio, bands etc) we are a private personal training studio so you have a trainer with you all the time who trains you, it can not be compared to training by yourself at a commercial gym .
We utilise all the equipment from cardio to weights, machines and bands. Functional training, HIIT, weight training, strength etc.
We have different time slots available for you to choose from (subject to trainer availability).

We also offer meal prep services.
Our chill lounge offers a unique vibe where you can stay before or after your workout to socialise or connect to our WiFi and get some work done.
We have THE BEST Collagen Coffee Shake and so many other options on the Menu to choose from.
Coffee, tea, Smoothies, Lunches, Supplements etc.
Ladies even get to play a game of Darts or Pool if they would like to :)
We can quote on formulating individualised meal plans and measurements according to your body and if you don’t like to cook your own meals we can also quote on cooking them for you :)

Time slots are subject to available spots left.
Weekends and Public Holidays we are closed :) Family time and rest is just as important.
