We incorporate Indigenous holistic healing, therapeutic sound, art, spirit walker reiki, yoga therapy, as well as customize DBT/CBT skills to meet your goals. We focus on providing high quality care services for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and marginalized communities. We believe that recovery is 100% possible.

Meet the woman behind the mission…
My Story
Chita is a Certified Recovery Support Specialist, BHPP, Peer to Peer coach & Community Health Worker Instructor. Chita specializes in providing guidance and support for eating disorders recovery, anxiety disorders, and agoraphobia. She also facilitates trauma sensitive yoga/qigong workshops & life skills training to survivors of domestic/sexual violence. Her passion is providing recovery support services and making them accessible to marginalized, BIPOC & LGBTQ+ communities. Within her Indigenous Native Culture, Chita is a Spirit Walker (Curandera), and Heyoka Empath.
She is a Registered Yoga Instructor, Accredited Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Certified Intuitive Counselor, and Reiki Practitioner Instructor.
In addition to her own private practice Chita is employed as a Family Mentor for @equiphealth an eating disorder treatment program as well as offering sliding fee services at non-profit clinics in Tucson, AZ as a Recovery Support Specialist and Indigenous Holistic Mental Health Practitioner.
Equip Health
Equip gives families lasting recovery from eating disorders through dedicated virtual care teams and gold-standard treatment delivered at home. Now taking patients ages 6-24. Because recovery should be accessible. Currently in-network with Optum, Cigna, Horizon, & PacificSource, with more coming soon!
