I am a nature lover and explorer, all things clean healthy living, hair color specialist, anti aging skincare, softball wife, mental health advocate, christian and a mother to my precious son, Jack.

I love living a simple, clean healthy lifestyle with my family while building meaningful friendships and helping others succeed in different areas of their life.

Besides the fact that being a mom is my all time favorite thing, my passion as a women is helping YOU with your anti-aging needs. I can slay some hair while reversing all the signs of aging.
