Spreading grace through exquisitely chosen dishes one plate at a time...
I started cooking at the age of 9 with my Great Grandmother, Julia in her kitchen circa 2000. The first dish she taught me to make was Haitian rice and beans and chicken in sauce; D’iri Kole ak Poul na Sos. I fell in love with cooking and delved into the breakfast foods and later began experimenting with more complex dishes involving the meats and seafoods. And later taking on amateur baking. My first guinea pigs were my brothers, Gyasi and Naeem.
My cooking has always warmed the bellies of loved ones and close friends. I have decided to spread the grace of God given hands and begin to offer my cooking to my local neighbors!
