I’m Eb! I am 36 years old, a wife, Mumma of two, health and wellness business owner and corporate employee in Supply Chain Logistics.

Life was going grand for me and my family, I was the healthiest I had been, I had drive and enthusiasm and was building an incredible business, when in 2022 I tragically lost my brother in a car accident. One phone call changed my life in an instant.

All of a sudden my priorities changed and my focus was on helping my family through our toughest challenge to date. I went from thriving to surviving. But the work I had put in to myself in 2020 and 2021 allowed me to navigate my grief and look for the light and not get stuck in the dark. I credit this mindset to the work I had done through the Gratitude Gang and the beautiful community I was a part of. I have no doubt that I survived the loss of my brother because of what I had learned through personal development, all driven by joining the Gratitude Gang.

Not only did I lose my brother in 2022 but I also lost my health, my glow and my motivation for pretty much everything else, but I am not going to beat myself up over that because I am ready to take the leap back into regaining my health, after all it is our greatest asset.

While I am not actively building my business it is still there ticking along which I am so grateful for. I am always open to discuss this with anyone who is interested and looking for something more.

Family and spending time doing the things that make me happy are my focus and I am committed to making the most of the time I have here on earth.
