Morning Routine
1. Eat Breakfast, which usually is oatmeal and blueberries and a hot cup of tea with raw ginger cut up.
Note: Sometimes I add my powder supplement Ashwaganda to the tea.

Evening Movement
I have been practicing Yoga and daily stretching!
Science has proven that yoga has positive effects on the mind and body; I would also say the spirit as well!
Mindful Meditation
“Be still and know that I am God” Psalm 46:10
Being still is one of my favorite things to do when I’m needing just relax my mind and go inward. I usually do this after I eat breakfast.
Meditation is one of those things that brings me clarity and decreases my anxiety, I do at least 10 min daily. 🧘🏿♀️
Praise and Worship
For me personally prayer is something that grounds me, and because I am a Christian; I have created intentional time where I can play my worship music and sit in prayer. I do have to say sometimes this happens early or at night🙏🏿
