✔️Cancellation Policy
There is a 30% cancellation fee if your appointment is canceled within 24 hours. There are few exceptions to this policy. Thank you for valuing our time and schedule.

✔️Arrivals
You can find our studio at the corner of Alma and 121, inside of Phenix Salon, Mckinney, TX. The address is provided upon booking. There’s plenty of parking directly in front of the salon.

✔️Late arrivals
Please contact us directly if arriving late to your appointment. Any appointment past 15 minutes late will be canceled and you will be subject to late cancellation fees.
The time missed from late arrivals will not be made up resulting in possibly forfeiture of your blowdry/style. Thank you for understanding.

✔️Payment
A card on file is required to secure an appointment. The actual payment will be taken at the time of your service. We do not charge the card on file unless you have missed an appointment that requires fees. Credit/debit cards and cash are accepted. 

✔️Extensions
A 50% deposit on all hair extensions is required to secure your extensions appointment.

I’ve been in the industry 15 years, with the last 10 years running a one woman show (until I brought in Jori Jekot, who you will meet in a minute).

I’m a color and cut expert, extension expert, and now scalp expert and I’ve seen just about everything you can see in this industry. Bring me any and all of your hair concerns.
