Everest International Model United Nations 2021 —

The Everest International Model United Nations (EIMUN), is an international annual conference, organised by Youth Thinkers’ Society and other partner organisations since 2014. Every year, EIMUN reaches out to thousands of interested youths around the globe and selects 200 exceptionally talented and promising young leaders to take part in a 5 day long residential conference in Nepal. In the conference, diverse group of participants learn and discuss about important global agendas, share their experiences and expertise and come up with innovative policy recommendations to tackle these issues via an innovative team building effort and self-leadership initiative. Post conference, they travel to different parts of Nepal to experience the true Nepali beauty and culture. But, due to the rising cases of COVID-19, the annual program; EIMUN that was scheduled to be on 2020 has been postponed to March 2021. And we are happy to welcome you all to our prosperous conference amid the Pandemic.

What once started as the first and only long running international Model United Nations in 2014 in Nepal, EIMUN, has now established itself as an enormous platform for young leaders to learn and communicate in unconventional ways. Where the conference was conducted individually by YTS in the first two year, after signing a cooperative agreement with the US Embassy, Nepal, in 2016, it has been collaboratively conducting Asian regional Model United Nations conferences since. With its sole foundation based on three pillars: availability, accessibility and affordability, it has proved to be a paragon for aspiring leaders and
diplomats since its very inception. Reaching out to an extensively diversified group of keen young minds from more than thirty countries across the globe, it has efficaciously lived up to its axiom; Engage. Educate. Empower.
