BUYERS ETIQUETTE

• Please be 100% sure before placing an order from Eligí.
• Eligí has the right to cancel an order from rude, impatient, and bogus buyers.
•Eligí do not entertain trolls/fake/dummy accounts unless their claims are supported by real users.
• Eligí will not be held accountable for the customer’s lack of knowledge regarding the terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMERS

• Items are thrifted unless stated brand new.
• Please manage your expectations on items that are thrifted/preloved as they are pre-washed & may have stain, but still manageable. As is, where is.
• Buy at your own discretion.
• Items may appear lighter or darker in picture.
• Brightness is adjusted especially on gloomy weather.
• Yellow stains are inevitable on white items.
• Please soak or use bleach to remove such stain/s.
• Items are measured manually. Using tape measure.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Eligí do not allow order cancellation to prevent joy reservers and bogus buyers.
Eligí do not tolerate joy miners and bogus buyer. We can make you famous honey.

PAYMENT

• Eligí implements a payment-first policy.
• Payment should be settled on or before the given cut off.
• Proof of payment must be sent to us.
• Items will not be shipped without proof of payment from the buyer.
• Failure to pay on time will result in a cancelled order.
• Eligí accepts payment through GCash, Union Bank & Palawan Express.

SHIPMENT

• No rush shipping.
• You can track your orders via shopee app.
• Eligí will not be held responsible for any damages, delay, or loss caused by the couriers.

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Eligí does not allow exchange, return or refund of item/s unless the shop is at fault.
• The buyer must send a clear unedited unboxing video to @Eligí on Facebook when asking for a return or refund due to the mistake of the shop.
• Eligí will not allow return or refund without an unboxing video.
• Eligí will only refund a maximum of ₱50 if there is a major stain or faulty zipper that is not stated on the caption.
In case of return due to shop’s fault,
• Check your item before you click "order received"
• Eligí is not responsible for the shipping fee for the item/s to be returned. You can click Return and refund on shopee.
•Item/s must be returned first to Eligí before the replacement is delivered.
