About Me

Afro-Latina. Mompreneur. Creator. Speaker.

Welcome to my new link in bio! My pronouns are she/her/hers.

I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur, a first-time mother, and nonprofit professional with 7+ years of experience in program implementation, resource mobilization and change management. I am the founder of COVEDOZA and currently serve as the Director of Education for Junior Achievement of Georgia where I received the “Onward and Upward Employee Award” in 2014 for my grit and perseverance.

As a community leader powered by my feminist ideals and inspired by my Peace Corps service, I founded COVEDOZA LLC, which is an Afro-Latina owned online platform that amplifies the voices of women artists that identify as Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) while generating them passive income via short or long-term print collaborations. I currently serve as the CEO and Creative Director of COVEDOZA and as the Director of Membership of the Atlanta Alumnae Collective of Omega Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.

I love to dance and spend time with hubby and baby Valentina.
