My name is Elizabeth, but most people call me Eli. I’m a mommy to two beautiful children and a wife to my amazing husband, Joshua.

Born and raised in MIA. I have an obsession with lip sticks, NASA, nutella and coffee!

I started Monat while on maternity leave and still employed as a medical assistant at an OB/GYN office. I saw the potential VERY quickly after just a week. I immediately fell in love with everything Monat had to to offer and I soon found myself walking away from my job and work FULL TIME from home and best of all be a FULL TIME mom to my kids. ♥️

I was tired of being a witness to all the successful stories that were happening around me... I was ready to become one of those stories.

In 2019 I started my own lash and brow business from home as a part time gig. The beauty industry has always been my little hobby. I’ve gone from makeup to hair to nail tech, I’ve done it all. My passion lies within making others feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and transformed.
