- You must complete consent form and COVID-19 liability form (I cannot book you in without the forms properly filled out)

𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐃-19
- Masks are 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮, I will be wearing one as well
- No mask will be provided, please bring your own mask
𝘕𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘬 = 𝘯𝘰 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵
- Let me know when you arrive by DM or text so I am ready for you to enter
- Temperature check will done at the door using a non-touch thermometer when you arrive and you will be given hand sanitizer
- Blankets will not be provided (please dress comfortably and according to the weather)

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗠 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴:
- have symptoms such as fever, chills, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, stuffy & congested nose
- been in contact with someone that has COVID
- travelled in the past 14 days
- did COVID testing and waiting for results or tested positive

𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
- Arrive to your appointment with clean lashes (no makeup/ oily products on and around the eyes)
if it’s not clean, a lash bath will be given at no charge
- Arrive to your appointment alone, NO guests allowed
- No caffeine to prevent your eyes from twitching
- Shower before your appointment (lashes cannot be wet for 24 hours after application)
- Be prepared to lay down for 3 hours maximum

𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒
- 40% of lashes must remain for a refill, if you are unsure please send me a photo of your lashes
- If you got lashes done by another lash tech, a removal is required at no charge prior to doing a full set

- 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘩 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺, I do not accept e-transfer
-Please bring exact amount as I do not provide any change
