Hi, my name is Els. And i just love to explore life. And myself. As a mom of a wonderfull young woman, i was never able to adapt to the normal way of being a mom in this society. We lived the last 4 years in our Hymermobile. Now again, things are changing. I truly believe that we are here to live our own lives. To make our own choises. With an open heart and the best intentions.

After healing from a relationship and the crazy thing called life, i am still following a traject of learning how to take care of myself and how to go deeper into the selfcare for woman. Especialy Yonisteams and Hipsrelease. I truly believe in the gifts of nature combined with traumarelease and bodywork.
