About ELSA

Erotic Laborers Solidarity Alliance is a grassroots organization of people who are passionate about supporting and advocating for the rights of sex workers. We provide care, support, and camaraderie to local sex workers. And advocate for the decriminalization of sex work. ELSA is committed to centering the voices and experiences of people of color, migrants, LGBTQIA individuals, and those living and working at the border. We recognize that adult sex work is a complex issue with diverse perspectives, and believe that all workers deserve rights and protections regardless of how they feel about their jobs. Through our work, ELSA is promoting the health, safety, and well-being of ALL sex workers, while also advocating for their rights and working to reduce stigma and discrimination in the community.
