A little about me—
Heyyyy friends!!!! My name is Emily! I am 26 years old and I am from upstate NY! I am a Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. After graduating with my bachelors degree, I worked numerous corporate jobs that left me, unhappy, unfulfilled, broke, and searching for more. So finally, I did something about it. I took a leap of faith and quit my corporate job to build the life that I desired, and I am so thankful I did.
