I’m Emilee,

I’ve been a photographer for a decade now documenting more love stories than I can count. Untraditional, no boundaries love, is my favorite kind and seeing the world one place at a time is my passion. I’m a foodie and my goal is to eat a taco from every city I go to. In another life I would have been an interior designer. My love of art and color runs deep. I recently launched Folksy, a wedding styling service for brides who want a visual artist to see their vision through. Soy candles, cats, brown crackled pleather, polaroids, rich shades of green, periodicals, the way light and shadows dance on walls, and seeing my kiddos splash in the creek, are some of the little joys in my life.

I have 4 kids, half of them are identical twins and I have a husband who I’m still wild for after 8 years of marriage. I believe love should be celebrated every single day. The big moments, the quiet moments, the days where all you do is whip up breakfast together and binge watch every episode of Home Town. I’m weird, I’m awkward, a bit shy and introverted, and it feels strange to talk this much about myself.
