Emilyn Frohn is an award-winning biomedical animator, designer, and visual storyteller. Throughout her graduate education she has proven the value of advancing scientific accuracy through research and deep biomedical knowledge; and at the same time applying beautiful, functional design. By harnessing both left and right brains, Emi delivers creativity and rational design decisions in visual problem solving. Graduate training in biomedical visualization has provided her experience in advanced creative problem-solving skills to dissect a science story and create innovative visual solutions to educate and engage any audience.

Emi is a 2019 graduate of the Biological/Pre-Medical Illustration (BPMI) program, a 2021 graduate of the Biomedical Visualization (BVIS) program, and a student member of the Association of Medical Illustrators. During her time as a BVIS student, Emi served as Vice President of the Student Association of Medical Artists and as a student/alumni member on the BVIS Centennial Planning Committee.
