We aim to provide the best service for all of our clients through adhering to company policies and procedures.
We ask that all clients arrive no earlier than 5 minutes (unless requested or arranged) for their appointment to ensure there is ample time for cleaning and sanitisation of the clinic between each client. This ensures the safety of all clients and staff.
We ask all clients to please notify us as soon as possible if you will be running late to your appointment. Each appointment has a 10 minute window to allow for cleaning and sanitisation of the clinic between clients. If you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel your appointment and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
If you require to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment without valid cause, a cancellation fee will be charged. All cancellation fees must be paid prior to rebooking any further appointments.
If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact the page immediately to reschedule. To ensure the safety of all clients and staff, any client who is feeling unwell will not be treated.
Clients with a history of not showing to their appointments will be charged a non-refundable deposit if seeking to rebook.
Not showing to an appointment prevents another client from booking. All deposits paid will be redeemed off the overall treatment cost.
To ensure the safety of all clients and staff, an SMS will be sent to all clients with a link to complete a Covid-19 declaration form prior to your appointment.
This form is required to be filled out and completed before attending your appointment every time.
Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment.
All clients must make a booking if seeking a consultation or treatment. Walk-in clients are currently not accepted.
To ensure the safety of all clients and staff, as well as client confidentiality, any clients who arrive and do not have a pre-existing booking or arrive without notice will be refused entry.
To ensure the safety of all clients and staff, there are to be no additional personnel (e.g. family, friends, children) attending your appointment with you without prior approval.
If you require a support person to attend your appointment with you, this must be communicated and approved prior to your appointment. Additional personnel will be required to complete a Covid-19 declaration form.
Unless absolutely necessary, children will not be permitted inside the injectables room due to the high exposure and easy access to sharps/needles. If you require to bring your child along to your appointment, please ensure they remain seated away from sharps. Emjection Aesthetics will not be held accountable for any injuries or issues that may arise.
