Each fairy hair strand is made of silk that is covered in a reflective coating causing a "sparkle" effect. They do not contain plastics or metal whatsoever.

There are many different ways to install fairy hair. I install these sparkly strands using a micro bead.

2-3 fairy hair strands are tied and knotted to the bead, which is then slid up a very small section of hair using a loop tool (the same one you used in the 90's). The bead is then clamped and secured onto the the hair.

Micro beads are aluminum on the outside and silicone on the inside. The aluminum protects the silicone, which is a nice soft pillow for your natural strands. This assures the integrity and safety of your hair inside the bead.

Depending on how long you have your fairy hair in, you will notice some of your natural strands coming along when removed. Do not worry! this is completely normal as we all naturally shed hair every single day and when those hairs are clamped in the bead they cannot escape.

Micro beads extend the life of the fairy strands so you can confidently wash, dry and brush through your hair without worrying about your fairy hair falling out!

Depends! Since micro beads are used, it has a much longer lifespan than other methods. Micro beads grow with your natural hair and after a few weeks it is possible they can loosen up and slip out or become a little annoying since they will no longer at the root. Luckily, micro beads can be removed at any time.

Fairy hair can easily be removed with any household pliar. Just pinch the bead in the opposite direction and gently slide it down the hair.

Absolutely! The best thing about fairy hair is how well it holds up to the elements. You can shampoo, condition, blow dry, straighten and curl your fairy hair.
