A little about me ππΌ
First of all, Iβm so glad youβre here & welcome! I am a boy mama to 2 sweet littles, 4 & 2. I am a former pre k teacher who still loves all the behind the scenes work of teaching, which is why I reopened my TpT page so I can continue to pursue my love of the classroom π.
Within the past 4 years I have fallen in love with all things health & fitness, and hope to inspire someone else along the way!
I was a yo yo dieter & exerciser who would go all in & then burn out within a matter of weeks. I was never happy with my body & after going through some stomach issues, developed some serious disordered eating. Through pregnancy & the programs I follow now, I can confidently say that I am in a much better place & view food and exercise in a completely different way.
