Payments
~ Pay on time = Late payments will be charged 50php per day for only 3 days. Failing to pay after 3 days will result to a drop of your order/s & be posted as a bogus buyer.
~ Pay the exact amount. We will not refund excess payments.

Change of details
~ Kindly inform us if you changed your username.

Cancelling orders
~ NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
~ Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount of your order/s.

Delivery/Couriers
~ We will not be held responsible for any delays, loss, and damages that may occur during delivery period. That is beyond our control.

Feedbacks/Reviews
~ No unboxing video = No refund (film the unboxing clearly, show the waybill, & show every details. Pictures are strictly not accepted as proof of damages)
~ No fake feedbacks/reviews. (We film each packing of orders)
