Each class incorporates all three key aspects of Yoga – traditional yoga postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and guided relaxation (yoga nidra).

Mike studied contemporary guitar at the Australian Institute of Music and since has been a session guitarist, jazz fusion trio as well as instrumentalist for special events such as wedding ceremonies & anniversaries. With his creative and collected approach you’ll be jamming in no time.

Develop skills in voice projection, articulation and expression as well as explore various aspects of dramatic performance such as character development, movement and improvisation.

Be guided through various acting methods and develop skills for solo performances. Add to your repertoire of solo performances that are suited to you.

For example, contemporary and classical monologues, poetry and prose recitation. You also have the option to prepare for an examination through infamous Trinity College of London as well as an Eisteddfod.
