No. While cards are used during the intuitive reading, the cards used are different than traditional tarot. I will use a combination of intuition & card guidance to figure out your exact solution/problem/focus area

A somatic healing practice used to release stuck emotions & pent up trauma in the body through conscious breathing
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SESSION LOOK LIKE?
Before the session, you fill out a form that will tell me what area in your life you want to focus on. The session will start with an intuitive reading, we will then go into the energy healing & breathwork portion ending with reflection. After the session is over, I will be sending you personalized journal prompts
