By booking a service with us, you automatically agree to all policies.
Deposit Policy: Upon booking your appointment(s), a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will also be credited towards appointment. Failure to submit your deposit may result in your slot being forfeited. Deposits for Reschedule are only valid for a month, after that another deposit is required.
Late Fee: If you are running late to your appointment please inform me. 10 minutes tardiness results in a $10 fee added to the service. 15 minutes tardiness will result in a cancelled appointment as well as forfeited deposit and will need to reschedule for a later appointment.
Fill Policy: Fill prices will reflect either the percentage of extensions still attached to the natural lashes AND the time that has elapsed since your most recent lash appointment. Please understand that the longer you wait to book a fill, the longer your next appointment will take. The natural lash cycle causes growth as well as shedding to occur, so to ensure fullness at all times, please aim for 2 weeks. Anything beyond 2 weeks is considered a full set.
Rescheduling Policy: In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, a notice of 48 hours minimum is required. Any requests to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment will require another non-refundable deposit to reschedule. We require at least 48 hours of notice in order to fill that slot.
Cancellation/ No-Show Policy: In the event you need to cancel your appointment, a notice of 48 hours minimum is required. Any requests to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeited deposit and will require another deposit to reschedule. No shows will result in a 100% service charge and you will not be able to book with us again. No exceptions.
Refund Policy: Lashed by Malia llc does not issue refunds for services and/or products as your payment is for the time and product your artist has used. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
Allergy Policy: In the event an allergic reaction occurs, we recommend seeking medical attention first and foremost. If desired or recommended by a medical professional, a complimentary removal will be provided. However, per the Refund Policy, once the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
Recently traveled? Or been exposed to anyone who is sick or in quarantine, Please provide a negative testing prior to scheduled appointment. If you are experiencing any covid symptoms or any sickness you will be sent home and will need to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
