大家好,我是Alice,我是和你一样每一年的愿望都是减肥成功,永远都在减肥因为一直复胖,体重和身形比不倒翁上上下下的速度还快。

我一直都是使用节食的方法来减肥,连续几个月的吃少或不吃晚餐,确实有瘦了点但我真的很难坚持下去因为开始觉得容易晕,每天都很累,体力更不用说了,就一直想睡觉。开始便秘, 胃痛也经常犯,每天都不舒服,让我开始担心自己的健康。

我开始每天运动,只要我一天没运动,我就会很压力,但是体重和身材还是一样,反反复复,到后来不知道为什么复胖的好厉害!

一天,我在IG看到教练分享她的减脂路程,她的改变,她的身材真的惊艳到我了!我想着如果我可以和她一样就好了!
但是经过长时间的减肥和失败,我没那么大的梦想了,我还是联系教练,不过我的目标是只想着要健康的瘦下几公斤就好了!

我开始了这个10天线上瘦身课程,我发觉原来只要营养足够,吃的健康,搭配一些运动,我就可以瘦了!最重要是我的精神越来越好了,我很开心还好我开始了,因为我好怕再节食我就赔上健康了!

经过5届的10天线上课程,我瘦了8公斤,下了10% 的体脂肪!现在瘦了,我都开始有自信了,超级超级开心的,没想过我可以做到。

我们都是女人,我可以做到,你一定也可以!希望通过我的证明,让你相信你自己,坚持,不要放弃,需要时找个教练帮你。

大家好我是Kamani, 33岁,我有2个孩子,是个全职妈妈,同时也是位化妆师!

也许只有孩子的妈妈们才可以感受到我的故事, 我在开始改变之前, 我每一天都很累,精神很差,孩子每次叫我陪他们玩我根本就没有体力,每次拒绝每次愧疚。 这时我才决定要减肥,要减少重量让自己轻了,精神体力好,健康了才能陪伴家人孩子。

当然,我也是特别不爱自己的身材, 我生产后的身材和怀孕时是一样的,好像还没生! 我意识到自己要做出改变, 我很想要回到怀孕前的身材,但自己知道不可能,所以只想着就减减重量就好,从没想过可以回归少女身材!

我参加了健康瘦身课程, 在1个月内我瘦了5.2公斤,但是我被我自己的身材吓到了,5.2公斤但是差别好大! 而且原来健康的饮食习惯和生活可以让我在1个月内,精神体力变好! 如果不是自己还真的不相信!

但是我一定一定要跟你们分享!我在3个月内瘦了7.4公斤!!! 这照片我自己真的很骄傲!

而且我才刚生完孩子1年, 我一直认为不可能的因为我第一胎特胖,减不下来!
真的, 教练太重要了! 有很多东西我们根本不知道也没注意过! 所以根本不能瘦下,维持就更难了!

健康生活不可能是短暂或可以暂停的,但是妈妈们如果你很想长时间,每一年都陪伴你的家人孩子们,那么就不要忽略自己的健康! 对你,他们很重要,但是对孩子们,你也是最重要的!


我曾经是个不管怎么吃或无论吃什么都不会肥的人,可是这情况在我生了我第三个孩子后,一切都已经回不去了。当时的我就算是吃多一口饭,咬一片薯片甚至喝一杯水,似乎体重都会随着增加。不过我还是不以为意,因为我觉得我可以很快的回复以往的身材。

后来,每当我出去买东西时,不认识我的人都认为我是个孕妇(还不止一个,起码多过十个!),我觉得事态严重,是时候要去做减肥这件事了。

幸运之神永远都是眷顾着我,它在我决心要减肥的时候,安排了两位美女 在我眼走来走去,而且还要是常常给我来一个充满自信的眼神和笑容!他妈的这两个以前被我定义为地表最不能改变的阿嫂,竟然化身变为靓女,身材脸色甚至衣着都让人眼前一亮,。

我忍不住问他们去哪里被人搞?结果他们就毫不吝啬的带我去empire被一班人搞了我两个月,搞到我现在身材回来了,脸色也好了,整个人也自信了,这不就是所谓的不搞不知自己好呗~~

其实啊,我是一个好饮好食的人,所以当我听到他们告诉我正确的饮食方式时,我真的好想放弃。可是这一路走来,他们并没有硬性的要求我改变,只告诉我要好好的去享受生活!看见他们无论对生活,对自己都有追求,我渐渐的也随之改变,尽可能的跟随他们那其实也没有太艰难的步伐,这一切的改变是因为我相信我值得拥有更好的自己。


That's unbelievable for me that I can be in a perfect body shape in overall. When look at my before after picture, really can’t imagine I’m able to gain better body shape results than Pre-marriage.

Before married I went to a famous “L” weight management centre to get the perfect body shape but I’m not satisfied with the results as only my tummy become smaller but not firm, same as my arms and my shoulder. My hunch back and flat butt is still the same.

After having children, I give up on those weight lose, as I have no time to think of it. All my schoolmate best friends are pretty hot mummy and I just looks like their aunt when taken picture. I felt so sad but do nothing towards my own.

In February 2020, I’m just entertain my friend and join in a transformation program unwillingness as I was busy and tired to go for exercise and preparing those healthy meals.

Healthy meal recommended by my coach didn’t burden me at all as it easy to prepare or easy to buy from outside.

Amazing 🤩🤩🤩I lose 8kg in just 4 seasons of 10days challenge!!! I felt my body become lighter and not tired at all🤩
I start loving the healthy eating guided by my coach.

After 4 seasons of 10days I decided to joining a new programme, a different level of challenge and unbelievable i had been transformed from inside out!

Now I’m not only can fit in my 11years back dress and it even become bigger outfit for me😂

从小我就很烦恼自己的体重,我认为我和爸爸基因一样都是胖胖底子的!

大家好,我是Coach Epink, 我之前是一个银行员,在银行业的这6年我过着非常不健康的生活, 因为我每天都会OT,熬夜,所以每晚都一定要吃宵夜好比福建面,快熟面,汉堡等等。。

这样的不健康习惯让我越来越胖,肚腩好大,好像3个月的大肚婆,还不止,我每天不管睡多少小时我都觉得累很爱睡,便秘越来越严重,每个月生病,每个月吃药,脸色苍白带黄还痘痘满脸生!

这是我2016-2017在泰国旅行的照片,很胖了,我才155呢!

其实刚开始我不觉得什么因为衣服可以遮掩,肚腩可以吸气憋着,直到一天,我穿着做工高腰裙,肚腩已经吸不进了,我经过店面,看到自己突出的肚腩真的很丑!
想到自己就快要去海边度假👙旅行,我怎么穿比基尼啊!

于是我开始了我的各种减肥计划,不吃晚餐、不吃淀粉但是一星期就停了😂这方法太极端了,所以我忍不了,也不可能每天忍饿到我50岁吧!

一停止后,我复胖了,但是我还不死心,我就改变方法,我照常吃然后去健身房练结果肚腩还是一样,我也不知道为什么。

我感到很沮丧,都没有成绩效果,想放弃了,焦虑不开心因为沙滩之旅要到了,说话也开始不和别人眼神接触很不自信。

直到我朋友问我说,要不要和她一起参加减脂瘦身课程,我马上讲OK啊!反正我也没有办法了嘛!

我就这样跟着她去看看,走进一个fitclub看到很多人都很开心,身材很好,墙上很多之前之后照片,我好羡慕!
我就想,一定sibeh 难的课程不知道我能做到吗,不过都没有其他方法了就开始了!

还好并不是想象中的那么难,还可以吃饭嘻嘻🤭不过饮食改变了,早餐改变了,开始有吃晚餐了💛

我瘦了只是4公斤,但是看看我的身材是不是差很多叻, 因为我有开始增肌课程(BTC下2 页), 锻炼马甲线和身体线条!这才是正确减脂增肌,所以公斤差不多!看看这才是我要的身材!

我后来才明白健康就是瘦了,但是不要想着可以完全停止照顾身体的一天,想想如果我们再回去从前的饮食习惯,有可能不会胖吗? 这是不可能的, 因为我们是人,you are what you eat, 你吃什么,你的外表自然呈现什么给你。

我明白了这道理,也学会了怎么管理均衡饮食,把自己的喜好融入健康减脂中,让自己享受美食且维持身材, 学会适当解放任性,这样我们才会持续这么做,那么就可以轻松维持身材啦💛这才是这课程的灵魂之处!

🌱 24 this year & and also a fresh grad.

Being at the age of growing with Facebook & Instagram, I always believe that there’s something more we could do than just scrolling and double tap on beautiful pictures.

🍁 On a side note, I am also never a chubby person to begin with and never bother much about what I eat. I played squash and represent for my uni & thought I was pretty healthy and active. Until I step into the adulthood, where u no longer have time to get active in daily basis. I started to grow into a pear shape.

👙 belly & saggy butt started to become a concern to me. I couldnt fit in to the pants that I used to wear 7 months back.. and i get fatigue easily during mid day. most if all, i couldnt perform as good as I was during uni days. I guess aging strikes me 😂 (at the age of 23)

Nonetheless, as I spend most of time on Instagram checking feeds, I came across my coach’s account on looking for more coaches & i realize this is something i could do with social media/ work from comfort zone. So I decided to ask her bout the 10 Days Program.

Long story short, I took it. I shape up & i lost 2kg & 2% body fat! 🙈


Hey all... I’m Sharon, some of you that I’ve known for a while now been asking me on my transformation lately...

it took me quite a while to share my story cause I’ve never really have the courage to do so... you see, not many people that I know now knows that I was a flight attendant for a 5 star airline based in the Middle East... I somehow stop telling people... flight attendants aren’t allowed to gain weight... 😅

I shied away from friends for a couple of years and dreaded going for any gatherings as I will always be greeted by “Wow, you’ve got ‘healthier’(bigger) since the last time we saw you!” Some couldn’t even recognise me.. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I put on a happy face but I was secretly crumbling inside... at one of the gathering, a friend came up to me and asked me.. “Sharon, why have you stop taking care of yourself?” I couldn’t answer... 😔 deep down I knew I’ve got no one to blame but myself...

So, I knew I had two options, go back home continue to live my life miserably overweight or pull the trigger on my weight loss and dive in... I jumped and never turn back !

I’m lucky enough to have met the right people, the people that have lift me up at my toughest time... it’s been a year now and I’ve never felt better in my life...☺️

Hi, I’m Katherine, I'm a mother of 1, working in the advertising industry and I'm 31 years young this year.

Started off a year ago, I actually struggled with my own body confidence, I actually thought I have to accept the fact that this is me. But deep down I hated my body, I was spreading negative vibes to everyone I was closed to.

But it's never given me a satisfying result until I got the courage to contact my Coach . I lost a total of 15kgs, reduced 12% of body fats and, body age at 20 years young in half a year time.

Losing weight was my 1st objective, but after going through everything together with all the coaches around me, I was inspired to continue this lifestyle that changed my life and going out to help more people waking up every day feeling great ☀

Hi everyone this is Hooi Li here, today I just wanna share about my journey and how I got here. Very much like u guys, I'm someone with completely zero knowledge and experience in nutrition and fitness; but hey the good news is if I can do it so can you!

I used to skip breakfast, zero workout, eat unhealthy food, supper, fast food, sleep late, alcohol etc, somehow weight was never my issue however I got really unfit, lethargic and feel weak all the time until I developed the belly.

I was stubborn I thought I didn't need nutrition because I was still so young and skinny. Until I practised 80% nurturing and 20% exercise, I got my results in the first pic in just 4 weeks. I've been maintaining it comfortably for past 3 years as in I'd still stay in shape even if I eat whatever (took granted of nutrition �)

Until lately we started Body Transformation Challenge I decided to step up the game to gain more muscles & definition

Hi. I am Courteney. Would like to share my story. I am a mother of 2 and working mum. My background is a business owner in the construction industry. Therefore I am always busy with work and take care of kids after work.

My energy is low and always feel fatigued. So I decided to start workout like hiking and jogging 3-4 days a week to get back my health and of course my body shape until my knee is hurt so I have to stop.

I had done so much research and remedy to lose weight but is still unsuccessful. Until I meet my coach and I get started to learn how to eat healthily and based on 80% of the nutrition and 20% of the workout.

I manage to lose 5kg and 6% of body fats in 2 months by joining 10 days lean and tone program

My energy level is much better. The best part is I gain back my confidence and have more energy with my kids.

The journey to lost weight and get healthy is fun and effective because of the program and the community.


November 2017
I did the 100 burpees challenge for 30days and workout regularly with my gym buddy Josh. Didn't go on diet. Eat watever I like.

December 2017
Continue to workout regularly with my gym buddy Josh and everytime after workout we will go to chicken rice shop and order chicken without rice for myself. So call diet la.

In these 2 months I didn't focus on nutrition but just workout like crazy. Eat all kind of food (you name it) and drink. As a result I still can't see my jawline and neck, body out of shape, tummy still there and not losing any weight. This experiment failed big time.

March & April 2018
I started the 8 Weeks Body Transformation Challenge journey. Focus 80% on nutrition and 20% on workout. I can see the huge difference in myself. I lost 6kg and dropped 10% body fat. Best part is I can see my jawline and neck now. Hahaha it has been hiding for very very long time, shy shy ma. Love the end results and I'm happy with the Photoshoot.

我要我的家庭是幸福的,我要有金钱、时间和地点自由,但是我也要我的家人们爱人们健康快乐,减少病痛担忧,所以才开始这行业! 所谓地点自由就是就算有一天你想去外国住半年,生意照跑🤩

当然我也希望同时可以帮助到和我一样家庭背景,想改变的朋友们!让大家可以改善生活品质,让大家有机会获得更美好的生活!因为大家都平等!大家都值得!
