My name is Blake Erban and I moved with my wife to California in 2017 to pursue my career in occupational therapy. I founded Erban Healthcare and Rehab in 2020, during the height of the first pandemic in 100 years, in order to provide the best possible care to our community and allow the community to access quality rehab services.
