London and Paris based, Eric Geynes is of English/French parentage. Following a career as a professional swimmer, he trained at Drama Centre London. He has acted in numerous theatre productions, from Berkoff's Metamorphosis to Sarah Kane's Blasted. Last time Eric was on stage was as a Blue Man in the NYC Off Broadway show the Blue Man Group. He played regular character Artyom in the series Fearless (BlackPills) directed by Sebastien Drouin and Officer Lambert in Casualty (BBC) directed by Steve Brett. Recent TV projects include The Bureau (Canal +) directed by renowned French director Jacques Audiard ; feature length episode of French prime-time TV show Camping Paradise (TF1) ; The Intern (France 3) and he just wrapped on Liaison (Apple TV). He plays a semi regular character in a new medieval series Glow And Darkness with Jane Seymour, Joan Collins and Steven Berkoff.
He wrote and shared the lead with French actress Marie Bunel in the short film Hiatus nominated for Best Drama at the BAFTA qualifying Aesthetica Short Film Festival. The feature version of the story is currently in development.
