Step 1
Roll up a Towel about 10cm in diameter and 40cm long. Lay flat on you back with Towel placed just over hips, but behind back.
Step 2
You will stretch you're feet slightly apart about 20 cm. Feet should be facing inward. Toes should be touching and heels apart.
Step 3
Put arms above head. Palms turned toward floor. Make you pinks touch. Hold 5 minutes. Then get up slowly as your body shifts in to place.
