Tips for measuring yourself...

When to...

For most accurate measurements, measure first thing in the morning; after using restroom, but before eating breakfast.

How to...

DO NOT suck in your stomach. If you do that, as soon as you exhale - your beads will become too tight and will ๐Ÿ’ขPOP๐Ÿ’ข (If you measure after you've eaten or when bloated - the beads may be too loose.)

โ€ข Make sure tape is snug (not too tight/loose) and against your skin.

Where to...

Measure:
โ— under breast area
โ— the rib cage area
โ— across navel
โ— and/or along the 'panty line' area
for a range of measurements...

Other places to measure:
