About training and people at the start of this 3 months
At those times CECM didn't have a lot* of members. I will try to remember *them* all, lets see.
The girls *were* Andy, Victoria, Agustina, Sofia, Brenda and Noelia.
I don't remember well of Laura was *already there*.
Well, with time swimming in my mind I will get a clearer *picture* .
The boys...mmm... Juan, Gustavo, Amato, Leo, Ariel, Mariano, Brian, Tom Bombadil, Iván, Nicolás, Akita, Nahuel, Alan, Waldo, Afuston, Naaman and Facundo.
The truth is that *the* team trained only 3 times a week (I *believethey still do) and *people mostly didn't go training more than once a week.
There was training *on mondays and wednesdays, almost always under Mariano's charge .
I liked him as a coach at first : firm, rigid, resolved and with a lot of knowledge that I lacked at that time
He told me at the time, that he didnt train or figth because of his knee, that he tore a ligament at judo training With Ariel, or something like that.
But in the end, he was a tuff trainer that liked hard workers and i was and still AM, a tuff sportman that likes to be pushed, so we liked eachother from the beggining...
Training With almost always where like this:
1-warm up(running,abds,push ups, planks,squats,the usual military kind)
2-combos in charge of Sofía or Agustín, both the most tecnical figthers of the countrys then, and still they áre...
3-and then some grapling or wrestling tecniques, i loved that Block jajajajaja, when i started i was more of a team player, so i didnt pay mucht atention to duels...buhurt was my obsesión... And, lets Say it, i esa the big strong kind of guy, i loved yo show off my strong moves.
4-almost always we finished With some buhurt game or a hellish militar workout.
Saturdays was the Long day With a lot of people...
Almost *all members came and the training was divided in two parts...
First: two hours (yes, two) of physical work, combos, footwork and duels sparring...
Then a little break... Well some times it was so *chaotic* that the break *was* almost one hour long...
And *then* two hours of judo training, at that time with *Leo* and Ariel in charge...
Almost every saturday after training we *would go* to the bar of the club and eat and talk for hours ...
*Those* *were* easy and *funny* times...
I keep them With me, and remember always With A big smile the memorys of those days...
