My story
Honestly, I never thought exercise was for me. I was too busy and unmotivated and quite frankly didn’t think I had the time or energy for it.
But I was also incredibly anxious and battled panic attacks.
I slept 9+ hours a night and still felt exhausted every afternoon.
I didn’t have any energy to pour into my marriage or housework.
I felt stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted. And I honestly thought that this was part of getting older (I was 23).
But then, I committed 30 minutes of movement into my routine.
And I realized that taking care care of my body developed the discipline for me not only to achieve what I needed to do, but also changed every aspect of my health:
From there my faith, my marriage, and my effort at my full-time job changed.
I want to help support and motivate you to do the same and take small action steps to improve your health (physical, spiritual, emotional, and relational). Let’s do this together!
