Okay so first your going to download the app 24FPS and screenshot the image down below! Insert it and pick a vid u want to use, after go on prequel and exposure: 30+ contrast: 50- highlights: 12- shadows: 50- go into filters and use Stockholm 18 ! After go into effects and use dust #1 and do dust 81+ filter: 0% dispersion:0

First u screenshot the image above this and go download 24FPS insert the image and the vid u want! After go to prequel and exposure: 30+ contrast: -50 highlights: 60+ shadows: -50
saturation: 6+ haze: 24+ aberration: 5+ blur: 50+ go to filters and add Stockholm 1 one and 18+ for the filter! After go to effects and add dust, the dust is gonna be the first one and 81+ for the dust filter: 0% dispersion: 0% and then out ur fonts and then ur blur on prequel and then your done!
