Fede Vargas is the creator & host of My Most Authentic Life and the founder of Time On Living.
His new podcast celebrates his successful career break, reflects on his 15+ years in the rat race, and inspires and empowers listeners to find a path towards conscious living.

Fede is a former senior media executive. During his career he excelled in global content sales,
international distribution, new business development and was an expert in the Latin American & Asia Pacific regions.

After a successful 15+ year career, Fede faced the challenges of a lay-off, the pandemic, and tragic loss. He decided to take a short career break that turned into an 18 month personal transformational development journey.

Fede earned his B.A.A from the RTA School of Media at Ryerson University. He is also a graduate of the Canadian Film Centre. He has spent extended periods of time in Hong Kong, Mexico City, Miami, and has lived in Toronto and Dublin.

He is fluent in both English and Spanish. He currently lives in the coastal town of Playa Del Carmen, on Mexico’s Riviera Maya.
