Veggie burgers are delish
Fruits help upset tummies, duh, eat them regularly!
FRESH IS BEST. You body shows how you eat.
SWEAT & EXERCISE
Elevate your heart rate.
Minimum 20 minutes of cardio.
Stretch before & after exercise.
Always push yourself.
