Meet your instructors

Catie Hansen

Meet Catie, a devoted yoga teacher spreading love, light, and transformation through her practice. Certified with a 200-hour RYT from Yoga Alliance, Catie specializes in pranayama, somatic yoga, chakra balancing, and heart-centered guidance. She creates a nurturing environment where students explore mind-body connection through breath work, movement, and guided flows. Catie integrates Yoga Philosophy, plant medicine, astrology, and sound into her holistic approach, encouraging students to explore spiritual interconnectedness. Currently pursuing a 300-hour certification in somatic yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition, Catie is committed to ongoing growth. Passionate about inspiring personal growth and transformation, Catie serves as both a yoga teacher and compassionate mentor, guiding students toward peace, balance, and joy on and off the mat. Marissa Best

Marissa has been practicing yoga for the past 15 years. She started with a simple Restore class and hasn’t looked back. Marissa is currently a RYT 500. She graduated Yoga teacher training at the end of 2018 with Yoga Assets, followed by the additional 300 Hr in December 2019. There is nothing she would rather be doing than bringing the gift of yoga to all who walk into a class. Marissa wants her students to feel at home. Not just in the studio but in their own mind, body, and soul. The practice of yoga has given her so many things: a loving community, appreciation for her physical body and all that it does for her, letting down walls to be caring and kind, and has taught her to enjoy the present moment. Some other things Marissa loves to do are hiking in the mountains, crocheting, reading true crime, and traveling to different places.
