My name is Fiona, a cattoholic😸 & bargain hunter 🤭. In all seriousness, I'm really just a regular human who has started embracing the sustainable lifestyle, from the life I lead to the food I eat & have since shared how I did it to some friends whom have also seen great improvement to their quality of life.
But everything's a journey & consistency is key.
Back in 2018, when my health had seem to be going haywire and all the exercise & diets I did/followed weren't getting me results (we're talking obesity, headaches, gut issues etc), I discovered exogenous ketones. In short, I took the leap of faith and have never looked back since. I started off looking for a weight loss solution but never expected so much more benefits from it. I never knew what it actually meant to be metabolically healthy until it happened. My brain power, energy & focus was supercharged and cos of all the good stuff my body was going through, I lost the excess fat as well.
I had found the key to the lock.
Fast forward to today, I advocate the power of ketones & because I now understand how things work and why they work, I truly believe that everyone needs exogenous ketones and am on a mission to help make that happen. There is so much more to this conversation than a page or even a 10 volume book could ever hold so I'll let the video below kick things off! As for the photos; left was pre-ketones, right is now. I don't starve myself and in fact, am constantly eating very well - yummy food galore! I've also learnt so much nutritional knowledge in this journey too and because of that, I'm no longer perpetually hungry. If the idea of sustainability resonates with you, I think we might have something in common!
