Created by fitness enthusiast Danielle Nicole, Fit4Purpose (F4P) is a mental fitness community platform that promotes mind and body wellness, purposeful living, and reckless dancing anytime, anywhere!

F4P aims to inspire purpose-driven thinking and ignite action-oriented goals through fitness and wellness activities. We believe everyone is fit for a purpose and at their best selves when they feel strong, mentally and physically, and in joyous community with others.

About F4P Events

We’re talking about mental wellness & being unapologetically fun about it.

F4P pop up events fuse fitness and mindfulness experiences (yoga, meditation, purpose-driven seminars, etc.) with the goal to align mind and body to activate purposeful actions. We do this by curating forward-thinking doers in mental and physical health to help lead sessions that workout the mind AND body.

Purpose #1

To build communities of stronger minds and bodies through dance and mindfulness activities.

Purpose #2

To create intentional spaces where people can open up about their mental health while being in joyous community with others.

Purpose #3

To encourage people to dance recklessly and unapologetically anytime, anywhere to activate their purpose.
