I am Daniel Pablo Philip CEO & Head coach of "Fit Addicts Movement" F.A.M.... i am a internationally Certified Trainer with A.F.A.A. (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America).
I am also a firefighter and past dancer for Machel montano but My passion for fitness is what drives me.
 
Additionally my extensive background in professional training gives me an edge with the ability to work with professionals and amateurs alike. 

I love working with individuals with nominal experience in fitness. To me fitness is a lifestyle and I believe once an individual's behavior is modified to include the simplest of exercises we can accomplish a continuous improvement to a healthier lifestyle.

My sessions are simple but challenging and also efficient, with an emphasis on proper form and mobility.

My ideal workout partner/ client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to put in the work. 

F.A.M. provides one on one as well as group training in a family oriented driven and welcoming environment grounded by God. Our main focus is to ensure members practice fun, healthy lifestyles.

What is high intensity interval training?

H.I.i.T Makesyou burn more calories than traditional workouts in a short space of times &can produce similar fat loss to traditional endurance exercise, even with a much smaller time commitment.
Due to the intensity of the workout, HIIT can elevate your metabolism for hours after exercise. This resulting in burning additional calories even after you have finished exercising.

Also in the new cycle there will be two works each class for you to choose from one to gain muscle & one to get ripped

Our HIIT FIT cycle will be challenging …. But if it’s not challenging it won’t bring change …..& change is what we aiming for
