A fun, energetic, high intensity workout!

Dance2Fit uses various types of pop and hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout. This class is an encouraging and positive environment with the most amazing people! All fitness levels welcome, no dance experience required. Come dance with us!
