I’m currently living in Dubai working as cabin crew travelling the world whilst inspiring healthy living!
I am gym obsessed and workout daily but recently learned how important it is to not only look after yourself on the outside but look after your body from the inside too. This business has helped me gain that healthy relationship with food and nutrition alongside my fitness. I have started to see the biggest differences in myself not only physically but mentally also since starting my journey.
I now combine a healthy attitude towards myself, health, nutrition and life itself. Which I didn’t do before. I love that it enables me to help other people and inspire healthy living around the world on my travels.
I offer one to one support, group support group access, workouts, recipes, tailored health plans and so much more!
