I’m a group fitness & holistic weight loss coach, and my mission is to empower women to take back their body, their mind, & their life, by making weight loss fun, simple, and sustainable.
I help overweight women feeling stuck and overwhelmed revive their lifestyles so that they’re able to lose weight, regain their confidence, and become a happier, healthier, more vibrant version of themselves without the added stress of restrictive diets and spending hours at the gym.

You see… I’ve been in you’re shoes and I know how frustrating it can be. After years of yo-yo dieting, trying multiple different types of workouts, and being diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid disorder called Hashimotos, I finally learned how to lose the weight and keep it off! My personal journey led to my passion for fitness & holistic wellness and my desire to help other women create a lifestyle for sustainable weight loss. I focus on your lifestyle rather than a cookie cutter approach in order to find what works for YOU.
