My Top 5 Favourite Exercises

My favourite way to workout is to lift weights. Ever since I did the switch to lifting, my body has never been the same. Here are my top ten simple must have moves to integrate into your weekly routine.

The Squat

Simple yet so effective. You can’t go wrong with strengthening the legs and growing the peach at the same time.

The Deadlift

This is one of my favourites for my lower back, legs and core. Can’t beat that feeling when your form is spot on.

Bicep Curl

If you want to make everyday activities easier, then get those curls in. Light with high rep, or heavy and low rep.

Chest Press

Great for building upper body strength and strengthening the chest and arms.

Push-Up

The good ole’ push-up. This one is very hard to learn. From wall, to knees, to feet. You’ll get there with practice. Slow and steady.
