What and how much food should I eat to lose weight?
I hear that everywhere... On Instagram,YT or Facebook. The anwser is pretty easy...Calorie deficit. Before you start your diet you should check how many calories you should eat.I give you link for calorie calculator;) When you know that you can cut about 200-400 kcal or instead you can add some activity. If you want lose weight you practically can eat...everything! But the better way is to use 80/20 method. 80% - eat nutritious food , 20% is unhealthy;) More about it is in the second link:)

What I should eat to lose weight - second part
I decided to continue last topic:)Let’s get started... Last time I told you how to calculate calories and something about 80/20 method. But you still don’t know what you can eat? What recipes you should choose? I checked it and I found lot of recipes. However you can modify it a little bit and I think that’s the best way. Of course I give a few links ( this time in english and polish;). Other way is to invent meals ( that’s more difficult) if you start that’s not really good option. You had best know that your meals should be healthy and nutritious. Your body needs proteins,carbs and fats. Only thing you do with that is to add it to your meals.
