Booty Blaster is a glutes focused class with added core exercises towards the end. This is a perfect way to tone, build and burn your lower body. All exercises are very simple and enjoyable; making this class suitable for all different fitness levels.

Get Fit is a full body workout with an upbeat style. I have combined aerobic exercises with a HIIT style layout. The only thing required to have are a light pair of dumbbells (preferably 1kgs) or anything to give a bit of resistance.
