My name is Gina. I am a mom of 3 awesome young adults. I am a breast cancer survivor!💪 I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer and have 0 DNA markers! So I am a big supporter of self-care through positivity, nutrition and activity. I work in Physical therapy and while going through chemo treatments I became a Cancer Exercise Specialist. I am currently becoming a Nutrition Consultant.
