Hi! I'm Liba Kaucky and welcome to my fitness and wellness website where you can keep up-to-date with the latest and find all the links to my fitness, wellness, tennis, sports and dance blogs, vlogs and official social media accounts. I'll be sharing my passion for various forms of fitness and giving you a behind the scenes look at how I trained, and continue to train, as a dancer, athlete and also how I maintain all-round fitness as well as both physical and psychological well-being. I'll be showing you and explaining my fitness routine I developed around 20 years ago when I was training to start my career as a professional tennis player whilst simultaneously training in Jazz dance and, at the same time, learning more about injury prevention and management. After studying pure psychology, I added Sports psychology to my fitness programme and tennis tournament preparation.
I've been exercising, playing sports including tennis and dancing since the age of 3. I'm a Player Member of the Women's International Tennis Federation and have competed in international ITF tournaments as a professional status player. I also enjoyed attending fitness camps as a kid. I have also trained in many dance genres since childhood but also as an adult in classical ballet (including pointes), contemporary dance, English and American tap, Jazz dance, Musical Theatre Jazz dance, Street dance, Commercial dance.
I think everyone should have easy, online access to sports, dance and fitness training information without having to spend a fortune.
Hope you enjoy reading my website posts, blogs watching the videos. Do join me but, disclaimer: you should first consult a physical trainer before trying any exercises I do to make sure you don't injure yourself. Some are more designed for professional dancers or athletes so not suitable for everyone therefore repeating what you see me do is undertaken at your own risk.
