Hi! My name is Megan. How are you?
Let me take a moment of your time to introduce myself. I am a Women’s Health Coach, American Council of Exercise Group Fitness Instructor, Girls Gone Strong 1+ Coach, AMPD Ambassador, Level Up Pound Pro and Generation Pound Pro.
But, more than that I am a wife, mum of 2, adopted Lebanese, American expat. My days revolve around coffee/tea, cooking, workouts, reading and knitting. I am on an adventure called PCOS.
As a Women’s Health Coach I specialize in the unique challenges we face as women. From pre-pregnancy through menopause and everything in between. I here to support you. I see you. I hear you. We will laugh, we will celebrate and I will hold space for those tough conversations. We work together to reach your goals focusing on your strengths and positive experiences. I believe the key to success is consistency and staying motivated trough small wins. I know the power of coaching comes from the strength of our relationship.
I believe our bodies are powerful and complex. I believe in grace and the hardest part is showing up.
