hey, i’m Kayla Michelle — six foot tall brunette worker outer who loves Jesus, her total stud of a soulmate, flexing her femininity, freedom, firearms, and sunrises spent sipping Black Rifle Coffee. I know all things are made beautiful in the image of our Creator and I know that my life's work is simple: redeem the feminine creations relationship with herself. Fitness was the gateway drug to my own feminine spiritual awakening and a career focused on helping busy babes like you build better beliefs and bodies, femininely.

a little bit about how I got here: at 16 years old I began the privileged opportunity of a runway model; walking for Ready To Wear and Haute Cotoure designers in San Francisco, Los Angeles, CA and New York, NY where I was represented by internationally renowned modeling agency FORD Models, and regularly worked with clientele such as Oscar de la Renta, Calvin Klein, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue, to name a few.

despite all the good and the glam — I bought into our cultures distorted standard of beauty and the unhealthy expectations of the fashion industry on women. The result was anorexic disordered thinking and eating patterns that quickly took a toll on my health. When I passed out on the subway I weighed under 120lbs and hadn’t experienced monthly menstruation in over a year.

I course corrected. I rebuilt my mind, body, and health. Then for the past 11 years I’ve been blessed to empower babes in their quest of discovering their own bodies strength and trusting their feminine intuition. The driving force in my heart-to-heart coaching of women is to offer simple strategies, systems, and solutions that empower you with the knowledge, self-awareness, tools, and healing experiences to rediscover your God-given value, the beauty of your body, and of just how much magic you are divinely designed to wield.

my official education as a health and fitness leader includes Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, High-Performance Psychology, TRX Suspension, Kettle Bell, Sandbag, Dynamic Variable Resistance Training, Fascial Flexibility/Mobility, and more. I have studied under Bret Contreras, PhD, CSCS*D; been mentored by Michael Butler B.A., P.T.A., CSCS*D, RSCC*D, NMT; Lou Aquino PICP, NKT; studied through the International Sports Science Association, C.H.E.K Institute, Precision Nutrition, The Brookbush Institute, and am always re-investing in my continuing education as a woman and coach.

I stand here to say this: you are not alone. No matter where you’re starting from, what season you’re in, and no matter what battle you’re facing — we are in this together. The plan our Creator God is orchestrating in our lives is a process we can trust in knowing that in pain their is purpose.
