I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details
Because most of my items are personalized, returns are not accepted unless Flor B Designs is at fault.

Refunds on customized items will not be given or changes on orders cannot be accepted once the order has entered production.

Flor B Designs will not be held responsible for errors that were included in the submitted wording from the client and therefore refunds will not be given due to such errors.

Unless the seller is at fault, the cost of shipping the items back to Flor B designs is the buyer's responsibility and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no postage or handling fees will be refunded).

Refunds or replacements will not be sent after 7 days of receiving order.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that arrived defective.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
❌Custom or personalized orders
❌Perishable products (like food or flowers)
❌Digital downloads

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
